Good day

I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience with Suzuki Rosettenville

I am living in Phalaborwa and one of my Gwm’s turbo pressure pipes burst on last Friday night when visiting in Jhb

I was stranded and phoned various Gwm’s service stations including Alberton (where I bought my vehicle) and Edenvale, none of these service stations were able to assist me as vehicles don’t break down on Saturdays

I finally obtained your address through the Gwm website and went to your service station

I explained my situation to Claudelle at your office, she was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE HELPFULL to assist me to solve the problem

A technician by the name of Jeff then came and had a look at the problem, he then without any fuss or sorry we are busy assisted me in replacing the pipe, I could see that the workshop was busy

PLEASE CONVEY MY UTMOST SINCERE APPRECIATION TO THESE 2 PEOPLE, AS ONE SELDOMLY COMES ACROSS SUCH HELPFULL PEOPLE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
